I have been following "Flapping warning device" on Rotary Wing Forum and albeit it is all over the place with the posts, the following was included in one of the more sane post. As I read the article I enjoyed how it explained rotor management and the importance of learning the "feel" of your machine rather than just the instrument readout.
As I'm still gaining knowledge and by no means an experienced pilot, I would like to hear your feedback.
The training session with Jon that included the use of a pool Noodle was very effective!
Tom, Did Jon use the noodle to hit you with from the back seat?
No, sitting in a chair in the middle of the hangar with a broom handle to simulate a joy stick.
