"Not the 4th of July" Picnic

Saturday, July 11, 2020 - 9:00am

Peach State Rotorcraft holds a 4th of July picnic at our hangar at the Cedartown, Georgia airport (4A4, Polk County Airport, Moore Field).  We typically hold the event the weekend after the official 4th of July weekend to prevent interference with family gatherings, hence the name, "Not the 4th of July Picnic."

This year the event will be held Saturday, July 11, 2020.  This is a traditional "pot luck" picnic.  You do not have to bring anything to attend, but all that is brought is appreciated (and generally consumed).  There should be a thread on the Forum with discussion relating to what is being brought and what is needed.  If you intend to participate, make sure you are viewing the Forum thread for THIS year.

Weather permitting, there should be gyroplanes flying and lots of gyroplane conversation.  The event will not be cancelled for weathe., However, should restrictions relating to health concerns change, we will adapt or cancel as required.  If you have health concerns, we urge you to stay home and see us next year.
