What Do I need for an Airworthiness Certificate?
The only question I have is how detailed should the builders log be?
There is no particular detal level provided for a guideline. It needs to demonstrate that you built at least 51% of the machine or more. I have my Tango build log available for view at:

I used the same format for the Bulldozer and had no trouble getting both the AW certificate and the Repair Certificate.
