That is a smokin good deal for a sport copter, has anyone seen sportcopters kit prices lately?
You could put on a used 582 cheap! even a brand new 582 and prop and you will still be in at a whole lot less than a new kit .
You could easily be flying a seriously nice machine for under $10k.
The lightning "kit" is $24k without engine...

With enclosure. For someone with good mechanical abilities and the desire to build their own gyro, this is an excellent opportunity as a first step into gyros. If you aren't a dedicated builder, best to buy a flying gyro !

If someone who is getting into gyros needs a good gyro...this is it.. Sportcopter is still in business and can supply parts, documentation, etc. etc. You could totally redo this one for less than building a gyrobee... Win, win....
